Associate Director of Programs
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for projects and issues related to the overall management of the daily operations of all service programs.
- Interview and hire for direct support staff (DSP) positions.
- Responsible for new employee orientation and completion of new hire packets.
-Provide oversight of the leadership of staff development and in-service programming, with a particular focus on service individuals and staff management and intervention techniques.
- Maintain program compliance with regulations and accreditation, legal and practice standards.
- Ensures adequate staffing to meet service individual needs and volume.
- Handles all crisis and service individuals and employee complaints with sensitivity and experience, makes independent decisions, and consults with the Executive Director when necessary to resolve the matter.
-Responsible for all phases of the program including service delivery, maintaining program fiscal integrity, refining and maintaining program outcomes, and partnering with the Executive Director, the Director of Program Services, the Director of Program Compliance and Special Projects, the LPN Supervisor, and the Business Manager.
-Approval of time cards, overtime, and residential employee work schedules.
- Oversight of Medicaid billing compliance and registration of IMPACT enrollment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive director.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work
- Three years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience within the mental health field
-Clinical License preferred
-A valid Driver's License

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
