Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Collaborate with the Global Head of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives, with a focus on strategy, awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
- Online and Offline Marketing: Manage both digital and traditional marketing channels, including website optimization, email marketing, social media, print collateral, and events, all while driving strategic goals. You will ensure our marketing material is aligned with Endpoint’s brand and brand values.
- Special Programs and Promotions: Conceptualize, plan, and execute special marketing programs and promotions to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics to assess their effectiveness in achieving strategic objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, driving greater awareness and market positioning.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and meet strategic targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.
- Technology Proficiency: Leverage marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems, to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on marketing performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement, with a focus on strategy, awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on strategy, awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of biotechnology or life sciences is a plus.
