The Role
Kyndryl is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our team as the Associate Director, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. This role will be pivotal in contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture across our company locations in the US, Canada, and Latin America. This person will be based in the United States but will collaborate on the inclusion, diversity, and Equity programs across several geographical regions.
As the Associate Director, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity you may assist with the strategic planning, development, and implementation of initiatives aimed at recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass working on long-term strategies aligned with business objectives, mentoring programs, and ensuring compliance with global and country regulatory and legal requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert for inclusion, diversity, and Equity initiatives for the Americas region.
Data Analysis and Strategy: Analyze various ID&E data trends to define strategic priorities in alignment with HR Leaders, influencing enterprise-wide ID&E strategies.
Consultation and Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, HR teams, and Kyndryl Inclusion Network leaders, providing guidance on ID&E matters.
Relationship Management: Own and nurture relationships with country HR Leaders, shaping ID&E perspectives across regions.
Innovation and Compliance: Innovate ID&E concepts, policies, and programs while ensuring adherence to local compliance activities and serving as a contact for the Global Compliance Office.
Initiative Oversight: Guide ID&E initiatives, including celebrations and Kyndryl Inclusion Networks events, fostering engagement in the region.
Partnership Identification: Identify external organizations for sponsorships, partnerships, and thought leadership opportunities, collaborating with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition.
Award Submissions and Employee Support: Review submissions for external ID&E awards and align local employee support programs with strategic ID&E priorities.
Expert Consultation: Provide expertise and support in addressing specific ID&E-related circumstances that arise.

Who You Are
Previous experience within a large multinational (global) corporation, navigating complexities to achieve organizational goals.
Must have previous experience in Diversity and inclusion programs, implementation and support business leaders at large enterprise organizations
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $107,600 to $258,240 based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
