Overview: The Associate Director is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in strategic planning and operations of The Outlet Youth Center in support of the organization's mission and goals. The Associate Director's primary responsibility is planning and helping implement high-quality and consistent programming for The Outlet's After School Program; this includes but is not limited to the following:
1. After School Program lesson planning
2. Keeping an inventory of snacks, building essentials, and program supplies
3. Organizing, communicating, and training volunteers
4. Planning and helping implement summer programming
5. Being present and assisting the Executive Director in After School Program including driving the passenger van, interacting with students, and helping with schoolwork.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting the Executive Director with day-to-day upkeep of the building, social media, and donor relations, and facilitating the partnership between the Youth Center and Rochester's Alternative School.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
