Our Northern California branch is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative. Licensed professional responsible for proficiently handling customer inquiries. The position entails handling inbound and outbound customer contact while following specific service activity/workflow standards. Works with appropriate degree of independence for level of experience while seeking assistance from management when necessary.

Starting salary based on 40-hour week is between $48,168 and $82,277 depending on level and experience.

Responsibilities
• In compliance with state licensing requirements, handles calls and other contacts of modest difficulty to conclusion.
• Handles files accurately and in a timely manner.
• Approaches all responsibilities with a constructive and professional outlook.
• Works towards meeting production goals as evidenced by policies written and success with life referrals.
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Qualifications
• Must secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses.
• May require flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as dictated by business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An understanding of Amica’s service mission, underwriting philosophy and product offerings.
• Awareness of and adherence to company policies, processes and workflows.
• Good technical knowledge of all computer systems and applications.
