Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $19+/ Hr.

Shift: M-F 8:30am-5pm

Requirement: Bilingual Japanese

Job Description:

• Coordinate logistics operations as assigned
• Provide rate quotes
• Consolidations, track & tracing
• Tracking container & cargo status
• Billing operation

Minimum Requirements:

Bilingual English/Japanese

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in computer operations

Excellent communication skills

Reliable and team-oriented
