Title: Customer Service Representative & Warehouse Associate

Our perfect candidate is not only someone who has an outstanding history in Customer Service and sales support but also someone well versed in Quickbooks and inventory management.
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and multitasking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Warehouse Associate. This role will involve providing exceptional Customer Service support while also assisting with various warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Process (in Quickbooks) sales orders, packing slips, invoices, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales quotes and assist customers with product selection.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and
maintain accurate inventory records to ensure inventory integrity.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as well as other general warehouse tasks, as needed.
- Uphold company standards for Customer Service excellence and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service and warehouse operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong Customer Service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
