SalaryGaatu, Inc. (Smart Warehousing Meets Tailored Fulfillment) an e-commerce company, is looking for a responsible, efficient individual with stellar supervisor skills to manage warehouse distribution and 3PL. It is a full-time position.
E-commerce is looking for an entry-level Customer Service / warehouse associate working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- General Customer Service duties include:
o Calling customers to get reviews and feedback about our product.
o Effectively manage many incoming calls.
o Serve customers by providing product information and resolving product issues.
o Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
o Answer emails.
o Assist customers with order changes and issue tracking and reporting, etc.
- Assist colleagues with warehouse shipping operation tasks.
o Re-labelling
o Process Returns
- Adhere to and comply with company standards and procedures in processing and handling returns.
- Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
- Other office/warehouse related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience is required.
- 3+ Customer service experience is required.
- Must have exceptional communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytic, well organized, and pays attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Fluent in English written and verbal is required.
- E-Commerce experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.50 to $19.00 /hour
Note: Applicant would need to pass the background check in order to be hired for the role
Sign-in bonus: new contractors/employees will be eligible for a $500 sign-in bonus under condition of successful service for 60 days with the company and minimum of 200 hours serviced.
