Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $20+/ Hr.

Shift: M-F 9:00am-6:00pm

Requirement: Bilingual Mandarin

Location: Inglewood, CA

Job Description:

• Generate shipping documents, complete export filings and invoices

• Assist customers and suppliers with bookings of containers and freight tracking

• Follow-up and Follow-through to close out files

Minimum Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Mandarin
• Must have 1 + years of Customer Service experience
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and MS Windows
• Strong Customer Service communication skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills - good with numbers
• Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
