As an Associate Creative Director, you’re a multi-talented creative and strategic thinker who concepts, creates, and produces high-quality work that is relevant to the brand and compelling to the target audience. You have advanced skills in idea generation, writing, and brand strategy at an omnichannel level. Working across internal creative and account service teams, clients, and external partners will be your strong suit as you work on assigned brands to strengthen brand building opportunities and client relationships.
Concept and write for a variety of touchpoints, including: advertising, promotional, digital advertising, video, social and articles, based on client direction
Create concepts for the strategic positioning of new products and services, and creatively lead the process from initial idea to final concept
Lead assignments with a high degree of autonomy, including collaborating directly with legal, client teams, and external partners
Credibly communicate creative ideas and a well-developed point of view to internal team, external team and to clients.
Enable success in other team members by sharing knowledge and inviting co-ownership
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production of broadcast promotional advertising
Remain aware of project timetables, budgets, and overall satisfaction of brand with project
Work with account director to grow client business and strengthen agency/client relationship

Creative agency experience is preferred
Experience in concept development as well as print, digital (social, online video, eCommerce, search), broadcast, and promotional copywriting is preferred
Experience executing and supervising a wide range of creative copywriting assignments — from packaging copy to print and broadcast advertising copy is preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
