Associate Director, Creative

Job Responsibilities:

• Help lead teams in the development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to small, one-time projects.
• Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas.
• Direct teams in execution with an appreciation and understanding of craft of both art direction and copywriting.
• Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech to help inform the work.
• Build relationships internally and externally.

• Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.
• Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
• Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.

“Compensation Range: $98,500 - $154,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
