Position Summary:
The Associate Counsel Regulatory Compliance will provide global support for the Pharma Services Group (PSG) Regulatory Compliance Legal function. This role will serve as counsel to the PSG Marketing & Communications teams, and support the PSG Quality teams on key strategic and compliance matters. This is an on-site role.
Key responsibilities:

• Provides legal advice on a range of legal, regulatory and compliance areas, including controlled substances, quality, global trade, data privacy, etc.
• Substantiates marketing claims and conducts legal review of marketing materials and internal/external communications
• Supports PSG's engagement with health and law enforcement agencies on registration, licensing, inspection, and enforcement activities
• Liaises with key PSG leaders and Corporate Compliance to provide legal services to support the design, development and implementation of PSG's Corporate Compliance Programs
• Assists with compliance initiatives (including training), communications and cross-functional projects across PSG through an environment of continuous process improvement to improve efficiency, quality and productivity
• Contributes with PSG strategy, corporate development and other Company functional specialists on a variety of transactions in all stages, from initial presentations to integration & transition services

Experience

• Licensed to practice law in the United States and a member in good standing with the bar.
• Minimum of 5 years target experience preferred.
• Global life science, health care or highly-regulated company is a plus.
• Law firm or clerkship experience also a plus.

• Travel is estimated at 25%.
