Summary
The Marketing Associate will support the firm’s marketing efforts, specifically on content creation, design of sales materials and marketing assets, social media and website management, and other ad hoc marketing and growth projects. This position would work closely with sales, marketing, and senior leadership to meet the firm’s marketing and growth objectives.
- Design and create sales materials and other marketing collateral with support and oversight.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating posts and content across multiple platforms.
- Manage website content and ensure the site is kept up-to-date and content is relevant.
- Draft, edit, and/or format copy for various types of content (white papers, blog posts, social posts, etc.).
- Design and create marketing emails for distribution to clients, prospects, and other contacts.
- Support for expanding the firm’s marketing efforts and brand awareness through new types of content, such as webinars, video content, event planning, and other forms.
- Proven knowledge of marketing strategy, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Experience working within a marketing department or team within financial services is preferable.
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Required: 2+ years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience and familiarity with designing, writing, and/or creating content using design tools (Adobe or others) and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo, etc.).
Salary: $71,500 - $107,000 per year
Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.
