What you'll do
We are looking for someone to build and manage DocuSign’s Community Content Pipeline.
We are looking for someone who has expertise in executing high level Community Content strategy that engages customers to turn them into fans who are excited and knowledgeable about all the things they can do with our products.
As an Associate Community Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating, curating and amplifying high value content for our customers. This position focuses on developing & executing DocuSign Community driven content initiatives, which will help foster a vibrant ecosystem where our users become active advocates and regular contributors. You will be a founding member of a new team whose role will be to support and enable the growing community and help influence change across the organization with a customer first approach.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Community Director
Responsibility
- Execute a comprehensive content strategy for our community platforms, aligning with overall business objectives and customer engagement goals
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written), ensuring it resonates with our diverse customer base
- Work collaboratively with the Community and Marketing teams to lift and track Community Content across various platforms, enhancing user engagement
- Implement Identified methods to collect and highlight user-generated content, fostering a sense of community ownership and participation
- Coordinate with the Product Management & Product Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and to leverage product insights for content development
- Facilitate the content calendar, content mapping, and content intake - ensuring a steady flow of relevant and impactful content across community channels as well as outbound campaigns
- Organize and participate in community events and webinars, using these platforms to disseminate valuable content and gather feedback.
Job Designation
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in implementing successful content strategies that host hundreds or thousands of content items
- Understanding of content management systems and social media platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
- A creative and analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing and content trends
- Proven track record in managing content systems and online communities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Enthusiasm for digital content and the process of managing it
- Experience with community platforms
- Experience with GSuite & Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $68,400 - $97,700 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $63,100 - $82,075 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $63,100 - $88,875 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits.
