Job Description: In this combined role of Associate Chiefof Staff and Client Relationship Manager, you will play a vital part in both the internal operations and Client-facing aspects of Respiris. This position demands a versatile individual who can manage diverse responsibilities efficiently, from administrative tasks to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage financial transactions and records using QuickBooks.
- Administer HR tasks and manage personnel data using Rippling.
- Develop and post engaging content on Canva for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Use Slack for internal team communication and coordination.
- Assist in creating and managing a sales tech stack to streamline business processes.
- Proactively communicate with Chief People Officers and other executives on behalf of the CEO for business development and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
- Provide feedback to the internal team based on client interactions to help improve services and offerings.
- Strong interest in implementing the CEO's vision, and navigating uncertainty and risk.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in handling critical numerical and strategic information,
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience in similar roles is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle a diverse set of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Rippling, Canva, and Slack.
- Experience in Client Relationship management and business networking.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in various business contexts.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for accounting
- Experience with HR and administrative software, preferably Rippling.
- Skilled in creating visually appealing content on Canva for social media platforms.
- Independent, self-managing, and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize among various high-importance tasks.
- Ability to work in a high-throughput, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, bringing enthusiasm and commitment to challenging and sometimes unrewarding tasks in the short term.
- Personable, with the ability to influence and align diverse personalities without direct authority.
