About the Role:

We're looking to bring on an Associate Brand Manager for Keebler Fudge. In this role, you will monitor, assess, and drive the sub-brands performance in the marketplace to ensure delivery against budget. The ideal Associate Brand Manager, Keebler Fudge candidate will possess good knowledge of the retail trade structure, as know-how of each class of trade will enable a more complete understanding of the business and factor in the development of new channel initiatives.

 

This position is based in our Chicago, IL office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • In-depth market and brand analysis to assist in formulating brand strategy within a fast-moving consumer packaged goods category
  • Provide routine sub-brands performance updates; Identify and implement actionable insights that drive business objectives and strategy
  • Steer development and execution of the long term strategy for respective categories
  • Lead Cross-functional teams from R&D, Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to assist in the planning, commercialization, and execution of new initiatives
  • Prepare and create engaging, meaningful and persuasive presentations
  • Support development of consumer activation plans and manage execution 
     
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business; Master’s degree in Business is a plus 
  • 2+ years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing 
  • Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Experience working with consumer data; i.e. IRI, ACNielsen
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research for business purposes and strategy development
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines 
  • Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments 
  • Passion, energy and drive to work with world-class brands
  • Must be self-motivated and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus 
  • Exposure to P&L management is a plus
