Associate Attorney *Remote Opportunity*

The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling foreclosure and collections matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure and collections process on behalf of our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure and collections related pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure and collections matters.
• Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
• Regular client meetings/updates.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
