Role Description:This is a full-time role as an Associate Attorney at An Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and occasionally representing clients in court. This is an on-site role located in Gallatin, TN.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensure to practice law in TN or willing to obtain
- Associate Attorney experience in probates, conservatorships, and any other preparation of court filings is a plus
