Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal applicant will have experience handling personal injury litigation and will have a passion for helping injured clients through a difficult period in their lives. Duties:

- Handle a personal injury litigation from signing the client through resolution of the case
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Attend court hearings and depositions as necessary
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- At least 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Admission to practice law in Tennessee (other states a bonus)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
