Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the [State] Bar and in good standing.
• 0-10 years of relevant legal experience (internships and clerkships considered).
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
