Associate AttorneyResponsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and skillfully draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Take ownership of cases from inception to resolution, including managing depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate seamlessly with partners and clients to develop and execute effective case strategies
• Provide timely and strategic legal advice to clients
• Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

Associate AttorneyQualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in casualty litigation and general liability
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing abilities
• Proven practical experience in case management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to the FL State Bar
