Job Description
Seeking motivated attorney to join our growing team as a Corporate Associate. Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating various common and sophisticated agreements. Associate will work primarily under our Private Client group that represents high net worth business owners and their businesses in diverse industries, allowing for opportunities to work on interesting and challenging matters. This is an on-site position located in our downtown Fort Lauderdale office. Position offers opportunities for growth in a collegial environment with close-knit colleagues.
Qualifications
Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar and have an educational background in business. One to three years of legal experience with undergraduate degree in business is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
