Responsibilities:
Case Management:

• Oversee a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, handling cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to formulate effective case strategies
• Prepare discovery, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Court Appearances:
Attend court hearings, trials, and various legal proceedings
Legal Research:
Conduct thorough legal research to support strategic decision-making
Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
• Takes on other projects as needed/assigned

Qualifications:

• Admission to the CA bar
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
