Associate Attorney

Description:

A Legacy of Excellence is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the firm's Litigation Department in our San Diego office (with an emphasis on Business Litigation). Candidate must have 4 -7 years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license. There is some flexibility regarding a hybrid schedule.
The candidate must be a driven team player with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess a strong academic background, and exceptional research skills. The candidate must be detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
The position affords the associate an opportunity to work with the firm's talented litigation partners. For the right person, it will provide the associate with a significant amount of responsibility and opportunities to argue motions, conduct depositions, participate in trials, and other important tasks.
