In the mornings, we take turns buying coffee from Starbucks, 85 Degrees and Philz to feed our caffeine addiction. We occasionally debate whether bubble or boba tea is the proper name for the best drink in the world and whether black or green tea is the best base.
Associate/Senior Attorney
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various wage and hour and class action issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Assist with case management and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorney to develop case strategies
- Attend court proceedings and extract helpful facts at depositions
- Maintain an accurate and updated calendar on your own
- Advance cases efficiently through litigation and mediation
Skills:
- At least 1 years of wage and hour litigation experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in legal research tools and software
Compensation:
In addition to base compensation, a discretionary bonus is provided for each completed case.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
