Description:

A Multi-State Creditors Rights Law Firm is a multi-state Creditors Rights law firm. The Firm's practice areas include primarily Consumer/Commercial Collection and Insurance Subrogation.
The Firm is seeking attorneys licensed in Massachusetts.? Work would be based out of the candidates home but does require in person hearings within the State of Massachusetts.?
The position includes in person court appearances, research, review and drafting of pleadings.
Candidates should have the following attributes:
