Are you a passionate attorney with at least 3 years of experience in family law? Our Westford, MA law office is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join us.
What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to collaborate with senior attorneys on developing case strategy, communicate with clients to understand their needs and goals, and draft a variety of legal pleadings. As the primary point of contact for assigned cases, you'll meet with clients in person and communicate with them by telephone and email while their case progresses. Your responsibilities include effective representation in court proceedings (Motions, Pre-Trial, Trials), proactive case management, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of case details, and conducting in-depth legal research. Who You Are:
We're seeking an associate with the following qualifications to join our team

• 3+ years of experience in family law and domestic relations matters;
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school;
• Active law license and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar;
• Commitment to professional growth and development within the family law field;
• Excellent research and writing skills;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong oral advocacy skills;
• Ability to actively listen to and empathize with clients; Self-driven and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative;
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities;
• History of effectively representing clients in court;
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks;
• Upholds the highest ethical standards and ensures strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy requirements.
