What We’re Looking For
The Trend Hunter: You live and breathe design, with a finger on the pulse of what's hot and what's next (in design, pop culture, tech...everything!)
The Master Crafter: Adobe Suite is your playground, but you're also excited to experiment with cutting-edge design tools.
The Visual Strategist: You can make it beautiful, but you also relentlessly ask 'why?' Your design choices are driven by a deep understanding of our audience.
The Agile Maverick: You thrive in a fast-paced world, switching gears effortlessly while keeping the big picture in focus.
5+ years minimum in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or similar field
Design Firm/Agency Experience as Assistant Art Director strongly preferred. Graphic design, and campaign development Digital and Social experience is a must!
NO FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIRED, HOWEVER we need to know you know how to do the technical and creative work so without a degree we will do a test!
Ability to set ego aside in service to the brand and maintaining strong partnerships.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
