JOB SUMMARY
In this role as Associate Art Director, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of visually captivating designs across various mediums. You will work closely with the Art Director and other creative team members to implement and maintain design standards, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create exceptional visual designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous design projects.
