Job Summary

In this role as Associate Art Director, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of visually captivating designs across various mediums. You will work closely with the Art Director and other creative team members to implement and maintain design standards, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Collaborate with the Art Director to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Assist in the creation and development of design concepts for various marketing and branding materials.

• Implement design solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and engage target audiences.

• Create and edit graphic content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

• Support the production of print materials, such as brochures, posters, and advertisements.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

• Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance design creativity.

• Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

• Assist in the coordination and supervision of photo and video shoots.

• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to create exceptional visual designs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry best practices.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio of previous design projects.
