Position at CMI Media Group
As the Associate Analyst, Business Insights, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of online and offline advertising campaigns reports for our clients. Using your passion for data, you will assist in developing basic reports and analyses, identifying data trends, and providing insights to other teams and our clients. As the Associate Analyst you will aid with monitoring of campaign delivery as well as analyses of business performance and trends to drive tactical and strategic campaign and business decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly campaign performance reports for assigned campaigns
- Provide support for ad-hoc data & research requests on an as needed basis
- Create and maintain quality documentation for all deliverables
- Maintain and build relationships with key customers and partners
- Support team in generating reporting and analysis of trends and support for optimization reporting efforts
- Work with tools and technology required within the enterprise to provide analytics services
- QC data exchanges to and from CMI
- Participate in initiative to monitor, analyze and improve core system performance, accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology or other relevant experience
- 1+ years of analytics experience or relevant school courses and internships. Focus on online direct marketing or online media performance analysis a plus.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple/simultaneous competing projects/initiatives
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint high efficiency) and knowledge of one of the following tools is a plus: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Dataroma, Campaign Manager 360
- Experience with presenting data analysis in your school projects or internship a plus
