IPAP's Assistant to the Presidentis master conductor and coordinator for Scott Eithun. Your primary focus will be maximizing our President's time and helping him execute and coordinate corporate initiatives.
You will keep company divisions/departments informed of communications and changes. The Assistant to the President also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.
You must be creative and enjoy working/reporting to a highly driven president within an entrepreneurial environment. This includes having the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Major Responsibilities
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President as needed and/or directed
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents. This includes recording the Board of Director meeting minutes.
- Professionally represent the company president when greeting guests, organizing company events, reviewing correspondence, and responding to inquiries made to the President.
- Planning, creative problem solving and attention to detail
- Immediately responsive to the needs of the President when needed or necessary.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for the President.
- Coordinate marketing content, supplies, and needs for food shows for President.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of President recording notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Complete special projects as assigned by President. May include creative problem solving, progress oversight, working with multiple company departments and extensive company research.
- Maintain effective daily operations and make suggestions for process improvements when necessary.
- Performs office tasks including organizing and maintaining records.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
