We're seeking a personable, organized Assistant Studio & Sales Manager to join our two woman-owned franchise locations of Club Pilates in Palos Verdes, CA and Redondo Beach, CA. This Assistant Studio & Sales Manager will play an important role in ensuring the best experience for customers and instructors at both locations. Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Assist franchise Owner in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve studio revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into loyal members.
- Coach Your Team: Motivate and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass individual and team targets. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to nurture their skills and ensure success.
- Demonstrate Studio Operations Expertise: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including providing exceptional customer service that fosters a welcoming and positive environment.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor key sales metrics, generate insightful reports, and collaborate with franchise Owner to optimize sales strategies and studio operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, ideally 2+ years within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities: ability to motivate, inspire, and lead by example
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, empower staff, and present with confidence (must be fluent in English)
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Proficiency in learning new computer systems
- Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to tackle unexpected challenges
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate ($19.00 - $30.00) with commission potential
- Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule (weekends, early mornings/evenings required)
