SalaryDream Dance Studios is looking for a Front Office Assistant in the afternoon/evening Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings. We are looking for someone that is energetic, personable and has basic administration skills. We are looking for a self starter that is able to follow directions and problem solve. Skills in social media marketing are a large plus.
Job Duties:
Greeting all customers- you will get to know each dancer, parent, sibling and grandparent.
Inputting fees- accepting checks, cash etc.
Selling Merchandise
Writing newsletters
Putting together programs and notes for performances.
Answering questions about classes, tuition and performances
Answering phone calls
Inputting registrations
Posting on Social Media
The job hours can include:
Monday 3:30-9:00
Tuesday: 3:30-9:00
Wednesday 3:30-9:00
Thursday 3:30-9:00
Friday: 3:30-7:00
Saturday: 8:30-12:15
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
