```Duties```
- Assist in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the service department
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in scheduling and assigning work to service technicians and monitor their performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians when needed
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and parts
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in powersports service
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in powersports industry a must.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to train Service Writers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
