```Duties```
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and supervise staff members on proper food preparation, customer service, and restaurant policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and delivery
- Create and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Knowledge of TOAST systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
