Part-time Assistant Property Manager wanted for a company that owns several residential apartment complexes located in Hermitage Pennsylvania. Hours of work will range from 20-30 hours per week. Job duties to include but not limited to, collecting rent and other property fees from tenants. Paying property expenses. Scheduling routine maintenance as well as scheduling maintance personnel on a day to day basis. Ordering supplies for remodel projects and office needs. Enforcing rental terms and coordinating lease agreements. Showing of apartments, answering phones and general secretarial work such as filing and typing letters.
Proficiency with a computer and skills with word and excel are required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
