Job Description
We are looking for a committed and talented Assistant Property Manager to join our wonderful group of professionals at KPM. The manager will work together with a senior portfolio manager, with everyday responsibilities including all aspects of property management. Responsibilities include working with owners and colleagues to ensure properties are cared for appropriately, tenant relations and rent collection, maintenance administration, lease renewals and applications, resolving resident complaints. Applicants should have several years of experience in real estate management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be extremely reliable.
Qualifications
1 year minimum in property management.
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable 4 year school.
