A growing property management and real estate firm known for being an industry leader and its employee centric values is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team.
With locations in Washington, Oregon and California, this company has made a quick impact in the competitive world of West Coast real estate and they are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in the Bay Area. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings in the area as it relates to tenant, client and vendor needs.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for tenants and assist with service requests
Coordinate service calls with building engineers, maintain tenant service logs, follow up with tenants on status of requests and coordinate meetings
Assist Property Manager with lease documentation and all related correspondence
Maintain tenant lease files, including documentation related to tenants leases
Assist with Accounts Receivable, review monthly rent-up and statements for accuracy. Track payments and assist with collection calls as needed
Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, including renewals and collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Assistant Property Manager Requirements:
2+ years of office administration experience working within the commercial/residential/industrial property management industries
Ability to perform multiple tasks with the flexibility to respond to changing needs and requests
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of MRI, Yardi, Kardi, Equiem and/or general accounting or real estate software is a plus
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/yr
