Job Title: Office Guru (aka Assistant Property Manager)
Pay: $75-90K
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8-5, onsite, casual environment

Role Overview: Calling all sidekicks! As our Assistant Property Manager, you'll be the secret sauce in our day-to-day hustle. Partner up with the Property Manager and Director, bringing your A-game with admin antics, financial flair, and some serious TLC for our tenants.
Your Gig: Responsibilities That Rock:
Tenant High Fives:
- Quick and friendly replies to tenant questions and issues.
- Be the master of communication between tenants, maintenance heroes, and the management crew.
- Rock those lease renewals, collect rent like a pro, and sort out any billing hiccups.
Lease Party Time:
- Help prep and sign those lease agreements - paperwork made easy.
- Keep those lease files in check and dance to the compliance beat.
- Keep tabs on lease dates and plan the perfect renewal party.
Financial Groove:
- Help create budgets and navigate financial reports like a champ.
- Keep an eye on tenant accounts, making sure payments are smooth.
- Team up with accounting to keep the numbers in check.
Property Maintenance Jam:
- Coordinate property check-ups like a rockstar.
- Get quotes from vendors and contractors, overseeing repairs with flair.
- Bring in preventative maintenance - because prevention is always the coolest.
Admin Chill:
- Keep those property files organized like a pro.
- Spice up reports, presentations, and other stuff for the management crew.
- Help set up meetings, appointments, and property events.
Risk Management Shuffle:
- Keep it legal and follow the rules - dance to that regulation beat.
- Help plan safety stuff and be ready for any property emergencies.
- Work with insurance peeps to handle coverage and claims.
- A degree in Business, Real Estate, or something rad (preferred).
- Past gigs in the commercial property scene.
- An ace in organizing, talking to people, and just being awesome.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office - the essential toolkit.
- Know the commercial real estate world and the law lowdown.
