Places Realty, LLC is a small family-owned property management company looking to add a motivated Assistant Property Manager to our team. Experience is preferred but not required. There will be a 4-6 week trial period for this position. On average the position requires a 35 to 40 hours a week and includes paid holidays, PTO, and health insurance benefits. This position is a combination of in-office duties and regular property site visits. Access to a daily vehicle is required. The core responsibilities include but are not limited to: marketing available properties for rent, conducting showings, preparing leasing documents, performing property inspections, communicating with tenants/applicants, working with property owners to manage their rental portfolios, and administrative duties.

- Highly detail oriented
- Experience with administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing paperwork, scheduling meetings, inspections, showings, etc.
- Maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule
- Maintain a consistent level of professional customer service

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
