Property Management firm is seeking administrative staff help for various tasks related to property management. Job duties include but not limited to:
- Process notices to homeowners
- Data entry
- Filing
- Mailings
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Renewals Tenant/ Owners
- Answer telephones/emails, reply and or follow up with tenants and owners
- Follow leads
- Meet vendors/ pest control at properties to give them entry
- Order office supplies
- Scan file that needs to go into the Tenant, Owner, or Property page
- Collect keys, garage openers, pool keys etc. for properties we no longer manage
- Make welcome packet for new tenants
Microsoft, Facebook, and computer experience a must. Job hours are typically 8:30 to 5:30. We may be a little flexible for the right person if a part-time position is desirable.Filing

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
