Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to assist in all aspects of Real Estate Investment, Development and Management.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with tenants, contractors, architects, engineers, and field staff.
Prepare updates on the status of development projects.
Manage calendars as requested, including scheduling appointments and tracking deadlines.
Write and manage correspondence.
Handle calls (take and deliver messages) emailing , and faxing
Catalog and organize company contacts, leases, and files.
Maintain online documents as necessary.
Prepare copies and materials as needed.
Assist senior management with ad hoc projects & tasks.
Qualifications
3 years previous experience
Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and QuickBooks
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.
Eagerness to take on increasing responsibilities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated success working across departmental functions and assisting executive management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
