D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking one full time candidate forAssistant Program Developer Maintenance & Supply at our Schofield Barracks, HI site.
Responsibilities
- possess knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure courses and training are current with the latest Army doctrine and systems
- create annual schedules for classes to be conducted in USARPAC AOR, coordinate with the G3 TRO Schools to ensure courses are loaded into ATRRS
- coordinate with the Team leads to schedule suitable classrooms and facilities to meet requirements and maximize results
- coordinate with Team Leads to ensure standardization of instruction
- have all the necessary expertise required to validate formal blocks of instructions IAW with the Army Troop Schools Training standards and all local unit requirements
- have the overall knowledge outlined in (AR 350-1) Para. 5–13 Troop Schools Training
- obtain the knowledge of current CASCOM training support database, POIs, course standards IAW CASCOM and TRADOC
- monitor the effectiveness of training on the team using individual or group performance matrixes
- have overall knowledge of new training program design and existing program enhancements, collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in execution of tasks involving the sustainment and maintenance of all Army supplies and equipment for either the maintenance or supply discipline
- knowledgeable (5-year experience) of GCSS-Army Logistics Information Systems
- (5-year experience) facilitating Installation Troop School GCSS-Army Training Support Packages (TSPs), the education environment (eEnv) including on boarding students to the GCSS-Army Training Database for the five core GCSS-Army business areas, Army Readiness Common Operating Picture (AR-COP), and Military Methods of Instruction.
- be the subject matter expertise in areas of Army Sustainment to include maintenance, supply, and all current applicable logistics regulations, management functions, and automated systems
