Job Summary:
Our ideal Assistant Operations Manager candidate is someone who, most importantly, has a real passion for making others happy. The Assistant Operations Manager will align with the site Operations Manager to establish a strong working relationship to identify and integrate additional value-added programs that add best practices and develop strong leadership among kitchen leaders.

Responsibilities
- Lead Identify and bring forward areas of opportunity to increase efficiency and operational production.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting metrics to the Operations Manager in a timely manner by keeping them informed on high level matters and assist with building & operating the Yarzin Sella operation.
- Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and programs
- Ensure monthly training and compliance needs are completed by deadline
- Participate in interviews and other managerial tasks as assigned.
- Monitors and ensures all back up foods are properly labeled and properly stored to HACCP regulations.
- Conduct visits to cafes and concepts to ensure standards are followed.
- Escalate matters to Operations Manager or HR as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong written and oral communication skills for interface with all levels of Management, both internally and externally
