Manager of Client Services & Operations

Sunset Lighting is looking for a Manager of Client Services & Operations to ensure that the team achieves the company vision of being the first choice of lighting service providers in the nation.

1. Leadership & Staff Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team. Create a culture of focused engagement, care for one another, clear & consistent communication, and a client-first mentality. Optimize team performance through training, hiring, effective work allocation, & workforce realignment.

2. Client Satisfaction: Ensure top-tier client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Monitor KPI data to ensure client SLAs are met or exceeded. Implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence. As needed, directly expedite & manage work requests from key clients in an individual contributor capacity.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement department-wide strategies to enhance efficiency, increase quality, or reduce cost.

4. Special Project Management: Manage and coordinate special projects, both internal & external. Identify project objectives, develop budgets, create project timelines, identify & delegate tasks, & oversee projects to completion. Communicate regularly with all key stakeholders.

5. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

6. Professional Development: Engage in professional development initiatives to foster growth and skill enhancement. Invest in our team members by providing ongoing training, development, & educational opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
