Assistant Manager, Pro Studio

Based in NYC Pro Studio and reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Assistant Manager, Pro Studio is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in driving sales through School and Production account management.  Primary responsibilities include account management, order fulfillment, client engagement and sales reporting. products and service to achieve sales goals, organization and roll out of Make Up Mastery classes, artistry coaching and development.

Responsibilities

SALES

• Strategically drive PRO sales through Pro's, Schools and Production Account development with an entrepreneurial mindset in partnership with the Boutique Manager
• Follows up with all current accounts for order fulfillment, newness, product education and the needs of their business
• Biweekly/Monthly calls with each account
• Manage business tracker new and current business
• Provide updates on each account with the wins/losses
• Manage inventory needs to support school/production orders
• Manages the scheduling and operations of school events, production sales visits
• Virtual Pop Up Shops, Open Houses, In store visits for training, Ensuring samples/GWP's are ordered to support, event space is clean and ready for event
• Must be present at events to support Boutique Manager on driving business to Pro Studio
• Communicate with Head of Pro Artistry on scheduling
• Assist with Pro event and Pro Influences/EDU Masterclasses
• Monitors and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends and results, reacts appropriately
• Engages all customers in Studio with professionalism, enthusiasm, educates on product, determines customers' needs, provides courteous & knowledgeable 360 service to all customers.
• Leads by example on the sales floor regarding 360 service, Makeup and sales services, Studio operations and all expectations given by management.

• Share all information on tracking to customers
• Manage inventory forecast for school/production accounts to share with Studio Manager for fulfillment to ensure we have the product to support monthly sales
• Ensures that MAKE UP FOR EVER's merchandising standards are maintained at all times. This includes maintaining standards of cleanliness and organization of the store, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers.
• Adheres to and oversees compliance of Company policies and standards.

Who You Are:

• Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events and operations in the cosmetic industry.
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to exhibit basic beauty make up skills
• Deep understanding of the retail market and current beauty trends.
• Charismatic individual with strong negotiation and communication talents
• Availability to work key business hours, including weekends

• Salary Range: $ 58,000 - $60,000 per year

MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
