The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Assistant Manager supports the IMC team in the development of best-in-class creative for one of America's most-loved, iconic brands. The Assistant Manager's key responsibilities focus on: planning and logistics for commercial production, budget tracking and reporting, creative asset management, and various advertising functions including AD-IDs, creative trafficking reports, SAG-AFTRA payment tracking/management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work cross-functionally to support commercial productions: (ordering food, equipment, signage, materials for shoots). Key players: category management, culinary teams, equipment/product mfrs, distribution centers.
- Finance functions: track budgets vs actual and prepare reports.
- Use of electronic financial platform to issue purchase orders, approve invoices, track billing, and month-end accruals.
- Support team with budget projections.
- Project management: develop project timelines for IMC team functions, and collaborate with agency teams/internal stakeholders to coordinate and schedule creative reviews and other key meetings/ milestones.
- Support planning and trafficking processes by preparing and maintaining creative rotation plans, creative asset grids, and trafficking grids.
- Back-end advertising functions: manage AD-IDs vendor, competitive tracking vendor, talent holding/payment tracking, and creative file management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree minimum required.
- 2 - 4 years of Advertising agency or client-side IMC experience is preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
- Strong project management skills- ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment.
- Highly detailed- must be tireless and meticulous at pursuing the details.
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal- are required.
- Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare budget spend reports, analyze spend vs plan, and balance a budget.
- Experience with commercial production is helpful: video, audio, OOH, social, and digital.
- Experience with SAG-AFTRA talent/holding reports is helpful.
