Job Summary: The Assistant Manager is a vital member of the management team and is actively involved and responsible for employee relations, day-to-day operational management of equipment and staff, resolving customer complaints, as well as ensuring that all company policies and safety procedures are implemented and followed properly. This position will be for our New Oneontacar wash location!
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the car wash, retail/customer service management, or equivalent industry.
- A High School graduate or GED equivalent is required. An associate/Bachelor's is preferred.
- Able to read, write, and possess good interpersonal skills
- Valid NY State driver's license
- Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook), UltiPro, Micrologic/WashAssist, and other related computer software
