The Scheduling Coordinator MANAGER plays a vital role in the daily administrative operations at ACE Dental. Responsibilities
- Manage patient care
- Patient screening
- Scheduling
- Manage patient placement
- Communicate with Office Admins
- Educate the Patient with the patient onboarding
- Handle inbound calls and answer patient questions
- Connect with new patients via phone and email
- Coordinate with insurance carriers
- Assist the care team with goal setting
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Related duties as needed
- Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other Call Center team members based on trust and reliability.
Call Center Agent Skills and Qualifications:
Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
Nice to have:
- Previous CALL CENTER MANAGER experience is a must!
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
